It’s interesting because there are very few forums out there for people in this role where they can learn from others. So the idea that you can jump the learning curve very, very fast is how I would go about selling it.

I’d say, “You know what, we can try to figure this out on our own and try to learn organically as we move through this or we can jump start that and bring in perspectives of others who have been there before.”

I believe you move up the learning curve so much more quickly and make progress that much faster.

That’s the message I would sell to leadership: to say, “Look, this is absolutely invaluable.”
