How to Join the Chief Customer Officer Council Community

Joining the community is as simple as signing up for an account.

If you are interested in becoming a full Chief Customer Officer Council Member (our highest level of membership), check the box on the form, or contact Curtis Bingham directly at 978-226-8675.

Once you have created your account, you will not be permitted to read or post on the community forum until an administrator has approved you for access. To request approval, simply login to your new account, manage your details (a link is found on the account panel on the top right side of the website) and click the link to request forum access. You will be alerted by e-mail when your account has been approved. If you are logged in to the website, you may need to log out and back in to gain access to the now-available community forum.
