 My name is Rudy Vidal and I've been a member of the Chief Customer Officer Council since its inception. The real value that the Chief Customer Officer Council brings to us is the ability to share best practices and the ability to really have a group of trusted individuals to whom we can give our ideas, our thoughts, and our concerns to see what is working and what is not.

So, what it really boils down to is the ability to make change faster in a way that actually works the first time. That's really the benefit of the Council for us.
