Thanks for inviting me to the Chief Customer Officer Council and the forum for the last two days. I recently became a member, and what I found most fascinating about the first forum that I attended were the different industries that were covered by the different chief customer officers who are members, the size of those companies compared to my own, and just to experience what those other senior leaders have brought to the table in their organizations.

I have a different appreciation for what it takes to bring this idea of centricity into companies because of those larger organizations. I have a long action item list, and I'm getting very excited to go back to my company and implement some of the ideas I’ve learned.
