The greatest benefit is really hearing from others who have been along this journey. This is really a pioneering field in corporate America; it’s a new role in many cases. For us it’s a new role at MetLife and hearing the experiences of others who have gone down the journey and can give practical lessons learned is hugely beneficial. And it’s not just general lessons. It’s lessons tailored to specific questions and it’s invaluable getting the expertise from others who have been there.
