Paul Moore, Director of Customer Experience for Fifth Third Bancorp shares his thoughts on the value of attending the Chief Customer Officer Council's 2010 Annual Summit at Oracle's headquarters in Redwood City CA.

So oftentimes when we leave our place of work and we invest a day and a half in some type of seminar or interaction outside of work, we look for two or three things that we say, hey, we can go back and it makes it worthwhile. I think I got a lot more than two or three things over this last day and a half. The ability to interact with individuals that are in the same or similar positions that I am and to listen and be able to take advice and share ideas was tremendous. I really think it was very well worth a day and a half of my time.
